Inspection; Returns and Exchanges
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your Beerbelly product. However, you should inspect the product promptly after receiving it to make sure it meets with your approval. If, upon inspection, you are not satisfied, you should contact Under Development Inc. within 14 days of having received the product. You can contact Under Development Inc. at our email or 877/810-3510, or 775/810-8007.

If you wish to return the product, you may do so, but only if you have received a return authorization number from us and return instructions. Returns will not be accepted unless they are in their original packaging, and unless you prominently display the return authorization number on the return package.
Upon returning any product as described above, we will issue you a credit, or will allow you to exchange it for product of equivalent value. A credit or exchange is your sole and exclusive remedy, and Under Development Inc. shall not be liable for any other damages arising out of non-conformance or breach, including lost profits, consequential damages and incidental damages.

Sales and Use Taxes
Under Development Inc. will calculate, collect, report and remit sales taxes as required by law. Under Development Inc. does not have any responsibility to calculate, collect, report or remit sales, use or similar taxes except as required by law.

Billing Information
The Beerbelly™ product line is sold by Under Development Inc. Your credit card billing statement will show being billed by Under Development Inc.

 

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Under Development Inc. warrants the products which it manufactures to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Products are not warranted for any particular purpose, application or use. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of the product and is not transferable. During the two year warranty period, Under Development Inc. will repair or replace, at its option, only the defective part of the sling, bladder, or valve at no additional charge.

Once you've received your RMA#, please ship prepaid the defective
parts/product to Under Development Inc.:

With your shipment, please include the following information:
A. Name, address, and daytime phone number
B. Dated proof of purchase
C. Description of the problem

Your replacement part/product will be sent via ground shipping service.
Usually, replacement parts/products arrive within 4-6 weeks, however
Under Development Inc. does not guarantee this timeframe.

Disclaimer:
This limited warranty does not extend to any products which have been damaged as a result of accident, misuse, abuse or as a result of service or modification by anyone other than Under Development Inc. Except as expressly set forth above, no other warranties are expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and Under Development Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties not stated herein. All implied warranties, including implied warranties for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty. In the event the product is not free from defects as warrantied above, the purchaser's sole remedy shall be repair or replacement as provided above. Under no circumstances will Under Development Inc. be liable to the purchaser or any user for any damages, including any incidental or consequential damages, expenses, lost profits, lost savings or other damages for consumer products. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and does not affect your statutory rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
